Business Office
The Norris Penrose Event Center business office is open Monday through Friday 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Hours of operation may vary depending on events happening at the event center. To book the facility or inquire about events please call: (719) 635-8881
STADIUM ARENA
The stadium arena hosts an array of events from May thru October; including rodeos, equestrian events, motorsports, circuses, cross country meets, sport competitions, concerts, and festivals.

INDOOR EVENT CENTER
This indoor space has been redesigned to increase its capacity to host a variety of events, including home and landscaping shows, gun shows, brew fests, dog shows, vendor expos, motorcycle swaps, business expos, private parties and weddings.

This multipurpose event space offers a one of a kind setting, commonly used for banquets, meetings, and receptions. It is offered in conjunction with stadium events or can be used on its own for private functions.

Seven Falls Shuttle Service
Seven Falls will operate from the Cheyenne Mountain High School Parking Lot from July 12-18th, 2026. All Visitors to Seven Falls must park at 1045 Lower Gold Camp Rd, Colorado Springs (The Norris Penrose Event Center) in the North Parking lot closest to the facility entrance. From there, visitors to the Broadmoor Seven Falls enjoy complimentary shuttle service to the falls from the north parking area. About
The Norris Penrose Event Center is owned by a 501(c)(3) non-profit and works with our sister events to help raise funds for our local military. We recently partnered with Seven Falls to provide offsite shuttle service and also work with Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and other local nonprofits to help all of our local events and activities flourish.
As Colorado Springs' Premier Event Center we are ready to help put on shows and events of all kinds!
