All Visitors to Seven Falls must park at 1045 Lower Gold Camp Rd, Colorado Springs (The Norris Penrose Event Center) in the North Parking lot closest to the facility entrance. From there, visitors to the Broadmoor Seven Falls enjoy complimentary shuttle service to the falls from the north parking area. The Box Office Assistant serves as a front-line representative for our organization, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for handling ticket sales, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting box office operations during scheduled shifts as well as assisting the Office & Events Manager with admin related duties. 

Job Title: Part-Time Box Office Assistant
Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (W-2), At-Will
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
Seasonal Term: May 1st – September 15th
Schedule: Variable; includes day, evening, and weekend shifts
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/Hour depending on experience

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sell tickets in person during assigned box office shifts and support Box Office Management

  • Assist patrons with ticket-related questions or issues
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and calm demeanor in a sometimes chaotic environment
  • Learn and effectively use box office and ticketing systems
  • Support additional box office or event-related tasks as assigned

About

The Norris Penrose Event Center has been at this location since 1973 and under current ownership since 2003. Proud home of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and part of the Spencer Penrose legacy of Colorado Springs, the Norris Penrose Event Center is focused on preserving Western Heritage, raising funds for our local enlisted military personnel, and providing top class event facilities of all kinds. The newest renovation to our property is the Indoor Event Center which provides up to 50,000 square feet of event space and was remodeled to accommodate all varieties of trade shows, festivals and fundraisers.

The Norris Penrose Event Center is owned by a 501(c)(3) non-profit and works with our sister events to help raise funds for our local military. We recently partnered with Seven Falls to provide offsite shuttle service and also work with Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and other local nonprofits to help all of our local events and activities flourish.

As Colorado Springs' Premier Event Center we are ready to help put on shows and events of all kinds!
