Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personable, customer-focused, and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and organized in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills and comfort with email, phone systems, and point-of-sale software
- Prior customer service or box office experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to work varied hours of the day and week in support of events and/or ticket sales
Additional Requirements & Expectations- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale equipment accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, occasionally noisy environment
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and payment information
- Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed
- Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times
