Please fill out this form for all change requests in relation to a scheduled and contracted event, including dates, operation times, staffing requests, or any other details outlined in the event contract that would materially affect facility operations.

The Norris Penrose Legacy Foundation and Norris Penrose Event Center are committed to bringing the Colorado Springs and surrounding region together as a community. To aid in our mission we offer discounted rates for venue rentals based upon date availability, demand and budgetary restrictions for other 501(c)(3) registered organizations. Download and complete this fillable application with your event details, including date, expected number of attendees, venue rental budget etc., and return as an attachment via email to: info@norrispenrose.com Please note, the Norris Penrose Legacy Foundation and Norris Penrose Event Center will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate requests from non-profit organizations for use of our facilities, but due to scheduling and space limitations, we may not be able to approve all applications.
