Carmel is hosting a Food Distro Mobile Food Pantry at the Norris-Penrose Event Center Upper Parking lot on Moreno Ave., across from the Veterans Service Center. The pantry opens at 10 AM and will remain open until supplies are depleted, open to everyone.
