Welcome to the Norris-Penrose Event Center meeting and banquet facility. This multipurpose center offers a one of a kind setting, perfect for your next event.

The first floor includes concessions, a box office and restrooms.

The 6,000 square foot second level has an open floor plan which is perfect for banquets and meetings.  The space has full westward and eastward windows and balconies.  Space is available for private functions in association with a stadium events, or exclusively for banquet events. The rooftop observation deck presents a panoramic view of the Front Range and Colorado Springs. This location is perfect for viewing events in the stadium or hosting an outdoor function.

  • Whether you are planning a fundraising gala, corporate party, or wedding reception, this is the unique venue you have been looking for. On the west side of the second level, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to step out onto a 1,800 square foot balcony overlooking our outdoor stadium. This vantage also offers an impressive view of the mountains. Tables can be arranged outside for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in combination with the inside area which can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests for a sit down dinner.
