Personnel with degrees in equestrian management and experience and passion for their own horses make sure your best friend comes first. Our main central arena is groomed on a regular basis, with 5 1/2 foot pipe paneling, lights for evening/night riding, and is an access of 100×190 foot. We have on average, 3 arenas to chose from each day, with a total of 8 on the property

NPEC barns offer group or single turnout, with some option of extended turnout or do-it-yourself turnout. We have easy access to a large trail system and the foothills of Colorado Springs, as seen in the background of this picture

Our barns hold an excess of 70 horses with the option of box stalls, outdoor runs, or runs attached to stalls (space limited); with the options of matted floors, turnout, tack storage, and automatic waterers.

  • Barn hours are 7:00am-9:00pm, manager phone hours are 7:00am-7:00pm with the exception of emergencies

Twice daily feeding (grass hay/grass hay mix, and your choice of 3 grain or pellet feeds)
Monday through Saturday stall cleaning
Shavings
Automatic waterers
Space in public tack room as available

The two arenas north of the boarding barns, the round pen, and the dressage ring above the round pen are part of the boarding barn area and are available for use by the boarders (with the exception of a few events at the facility that require the use of one or more of these arenas). There is access from the barn area to the trail system and the cross country course. The stadium, indoor arena and the arenas below the indoor are available for use when events are not in progress.

Training is not provided by the barn but can be contracted separately with the trainers that board and/or train here at the facility. All trainers are required to file certain insurance requirements prior to teaching at this facility and are required to pay a per lesson training fee. Anyone that hauls into the facility who is not a current boarder must pay a $5.00 per horse haul in/parking fee.
